Who I am
A Dose of Clarity is the trading name of Shereen Amin, a sole trader. I am responsible for the personal information you share through this website. You can contact me at hello@adoseofclarity.co.uk.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email address, organisation, the type of work you need, your deadline and the details you give me about your project. I don't collect any health information through this website, so please don't include any.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that work. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask me to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely using Zoho Forms and Zoho Mail, on Zoho's European data centre. Zoho processes the information on my behalf and doesn't use it for its own purposes.
How long I keep it
If we don't go on to work together, I delete enquiries within 12 months. If we do, I keep records for as long as I need them for the work and for my business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Just email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
